We’&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;ve&lt;/span&gt; used our same routines                   for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters                   one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity;                   we don’t change programs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;CrossFit&lt;/span&gt; workouts are broad, general and typically not repeated for some time.
